One question I am repeatedly asked by ladies is….What can I do to tone my thighs & butt?
Many ladies also mention that they have knee pain, and find performing squats increase this pain. My suggestion is to listen to your body, maybe begin by not squatting as low, however many ladies find that if they can improve leg strength then they will also notice a decrease in knee discomfort.
If you are a keen parkrunner, and working hard to improve your PB, then this workout will not only assist to tone your thighs & butt but help strengthen your legs which over time you will notice in your run results.
